Poem: "Oyster Boogers"

An oyster booger sounds
Disgusting,
Yet is very expensive

Yes, a pearl it is
A pearl is an
Oyster booger

But why isn't an old
Tire
Expensive?

What about a wrapper?
Why?
Why not?

We throw
Tires, wrappers away
But not an oyster booger?

It is our
Perception
How we see

If this is so,
Let's see all boogers
As pearls
And be
Merry!
