How to Make an Empty/Void Minecraft Map post may be a bit confusing, so I've decided to create a more visual tutorial on the subject. I hope this clears things up a bit.

| 1. "Whoa." Click on Singleplayer. |
 |
| 2. Create New World. |
 |
| 3. More World Options. |
 |
| 4. World Type: Superflat. Customize. |
 |
| 5. Presets. |
 |
| 6. Type this: "1;12;1" |
 |
| 7. Use Preset. |
 |
| 8. Click Done. |
 |
| 9. Click Create New World. |
 |
| 10. Place down your first block. |
 |
| 11. Watch the sand fall. Whee!!! |
 |
| Wait for all the sand to clear. |
 |
| Start building what you'd like. |
